Extruder – is intended for the forming of dough belt. Construction of the extruder is designed in such way that processing of dough is made without damaging its structure, and cleaning of the working surface of the extruder is easy and convenient. Bunker of the extruder is made of stainless steel.
Forming machine – forms dough strands of the set diameter, which is defined by the forming block. After the forming block dough strands are fed to the twisting unit with the help of a conveyor. Design of the forming machine enables to replace the demountable forming blocks quickly in order to produce dough pieces of the other diameter and to clean the working surfaces, contacting with dough, easily.
Twisting unit – is intended for the forming of dough pieces of the required diameter. Guillotine separates dough pieces from dough strand. For the production of breadsticks grissini it is necessary to turn the twisting mechanism off on the operator panel.
Stacker - is intended for transferring of the formed dough pieces to the hearth of the tunnel oven.
Tunnel oven – is intended for the baking of dough pieces in accordance with the preliminary set parameters of the temperature mode.
