Indian company “M/s Shree Kaila Devi Ji Industries Pvt. Ltd.” started production of wide range of pasta made of hard-wheat flour (semolina). Detachable extrusion dies of pasta press allow producing products of different shapes and sizes (vermicelli, elbow, spiral, penne etc.). Installation of optional batcher for bulk additives (spinach, potato powder etc.) enables to produce different color pasta.
Drying of pasta products in this line is made according to convectional technology at a low-temperature drying mode, what provides an excellent quality of ready products.
In this line the opportunity of potato pellet production was foreseen. A shift to this type of product requires completing the line with additional equipment.
Line control system is realized on the base of industrial controllers PLC, control is made on TouchScreen sensor panels.
