is designed to obtain chips workpieces of a given size from a dough sheet with quickly changeable cutting drums

FRYER FOR CHIPS

is designed for frying chips by full immersion for a certain time in the oil bath heated to a high temperature

SPICE DOSING DRUM

is designed to produce chips with different flavors by adding a mixture of spices, which are evenly distributed throughout the product in a rotating drum

LAVASH PRODUCTION

When completing the line with a humidifier and cutting drums, it is possible to produce Armenian lavash of various shapes and sizes along with chips.

ABILITY TO WORK ON ELECTRICITY AND GAS

Tunnel ovens for drying the dough ribbon and conveyor fryers for frying chips are produced in two versions – electric and gas.

CoNVEYOR FRYER OPTIONS

Fryers can be additionally equipped with a filtration and oil reuse systems, additional tanks, an automatic oil level maintenance system, a crumb removal system from an oil bath, etc.
