Yeast puff pastry dough is produced without the use of a cooling tunnel
It is high capacity line for puff pastry dough production
The ideal layered structure is achieved by an even distribution of the fat between the dough layers
The number of the dough layers is controlled remotedly in production
Convenient maintenance and equipment cleaning is provided
It complies with safety requirements for food equipment confirmed by the European CE certificate
It is possible to install an automatic system of fat supply into the hopper of the fat extruder, which guarantees a stable greesing of the dough without constant operator control
For the production of puff pastry dough as semi-finished product, various types of refrigeration units can be installed at the outlet of the line to freeze the dough
