An automatic line of hard biscuit production with a capacity of 1000 kg/h was launched in the Dnieper. This is the third line of this type launched by our company in Ukraine over the past three years.
The fermentation chamber, which is a part of the line, provides an optimal proofing process to obtain a high-quality dough without the use of chemical additives. This allows producing biscuits that meet European standards of food quality, what gives an opportunity to export products worldwide, including to EU countries.
Due to the use of components from leading manufacturers, modern structural materials and the latest technical solutions, the line provides reliable and productive work 24 hours a day, not inferior in its technical capabilities to equipment from leading European manufacturers.
To reduce the cost and use the most profitable the energy source, the line can be equipped with ovens operating on various types of fuel.
In this project, the line was equipped with a tunnel oven, which operates on fuel pellets, manufactured by our partners – J4 company (Czech Republic).
