New rotary moulding machine for soft biscuits with working widths 1200 mm

As part of the project to launch a large bakery and confectionery production in India, UTF GROUP has developed and manufactured a high-performance molding machine for producing soft biscuit dough pieces. The machine is designed to work with tunnel ovens with a hearth width of up to 1200 mm and provides the release of a wide range of products of various shapes, sizes and surface patterns.

The forming machine meets modern requirements for equipment for this appointment:
– each shaft of the machine has a separate drive with individual frequency regulation of rotation speed;
– automatic centering and adjustment of belt tension with pneumatic devices;
– easy shaft access for easy cleaning and quick change of forming drums.

Currently, UTF GROUP is the only company throughout the area of the former Soviet Union that mass-produces modern equipment for the production of soft biscuit with a hearth width of 1200 mm.
