PRODUCTION OF SHORT CUT PASTA

A wide range of pasta is produced on the lines: vermicelli, filini, conchiglie, fusilli, penne, rigatoni and many others. High quality pasta with excellent taste and attractive appearance is produced according to Italian technology. Production of both matte and glossy types is possible.

The mixing and pressing systems are designed to give the best results with a wide variety of raw materials. It applies an efficient dough kneading system using a high-speed mixer.

It has minimal heat loss due to the use of modern insulation from polyurethane sandwich panels.

It works in fully automatic mode. t is possible to realize a turnkey project from dough preparation and pressing to stabilization and packaging.

ADDITIONAL COLORS AND TASTES

With additional dispenser for dry and pasty additives, it is possible to produce pasta of various colors and flavors allowing to significantly increase the range of products.

PRODUCTION OF PENNE-TYPE PASTA

To produce penne-type pasta the optional forming unit is installed at the exit of the press.

DRYING CHAMBERS ON DIFFERENT TYPES OF FUEL

Depending on the type of fuel that is most suitable for the customer, drying can be performed on electricity, natural gas or various types of solid and liquid fuels (pellets, diesel, etc.).
