To automate the process of dough kneading for sugar biscuts, systems for automatic feeding and dosing of flour and water are used.
Preparation of the dough for sugar biscuits is carried out in a horizontal dough mixer with a hydraulic bowl tilting.
Conveyor system ensures a uniform feeding of the dough from the receiving hopper to the hopper of the forming machine. The volume of the receiving hopper corresponds to the volume of one batch.
For sugar biscuit forming of dough pieces is made directly by stamping out of the dough mass. A shape, size and pattern of the surface are determined by the cells of the forming drum.
For the production of sugar cookies with sprinkles such as of poppy, sugar, chopped nuts and other similar components, special sprinkling units are installed. Before sprinkling the surface of the biscuit is moistened.
Baking is carried out in a tunnel oven with a wide range of regulation for ensuring optimal baking of various types of biscuits.
The cooling of the finished products down to the packaging temperature is made on a cooling conveyor system, the dimensions and set of which are determined by the product type and the equipment set of the line.
To produce sugar cookies of various sizes and shapes, there is a catalog of dies for a forming drum of rotor, it is possible to manufacture dies according to a customer’s sketch.
For more convenient packaging of finished products, it is possible to install a device for distributing the product into rows and forming stacks of cookies installed on the rib.
For baking sugar biscuits, tunnel confectionery ovens heated by electric heating elements or natural gas burners can be used.
