Automatic line for bread sticks grissini launched at production of JSC "Chumak" in Novaya Kakhovka, Kherson region.

At the moment UTF GROUP is the only one manufacturer of the equipment for grissini production on the territory of ex-USSR.

Currently the popularity of traditional Italian flour snacks – grissini and taralli is growing in the world. Responding to market needs UTF GROUP developed automatic and semi-automatic lines for production of these products

The completed line project for the Chumak company ensures the automatic production of bread sticks grissini with the capacity of finished product 80-120 kg/h and includes automatic forming line, electric tunnel oven and a conveyor cooling system.

Dough line for grissini production is formed by extruder and rolled to a predetermined thickness with a multiroller. Calibrating knives forms two dough streams of a fixed width from it, which are fed to the heads of the forming machine.

The forming machine gives out dough ropes of certain diameter. A convenient replacement of cassettes in the forming heads is provided for it changing.
The guillotine cuts the dough pieces of the required length, which are placed on hearth of the tunnel oven for following baking. The length of the blanks is set by the operator through the control system.

Finished products are baked by electric tunnel oven with a mesh hearth, a 20 meters baking chamber length and 1000 mm hearth width. The oven has three temperature zones with temperature control of upper and lower heating elements.

Conveyor cooling system consists of 6 m cooling conveyor with a teflon mesh and cooling fans and out feed belt conveyor with 4 m length.
