Interchangeable forming rotors enable the production of different types of products. At the same time, high geometric accuracy and repeatability of each product’s specifications are maintained.

The dough is shaped using the rotary moulding method: it is fed into the moulding drum, where it evenly fills the cells of the specified shape.

The workpieces are then removed and transferred to a conveyor for subsequent feeding into the furnace.

This principle ensures consistent product weight, precise geometry and accurate reproduction of the surface pattern, regardless of how long the production line has been in operation.

The range of products manufactured is determined by the moulding rotor installed. To switch to a different product type, the moulding tool must be replaced.

The forming machine can operate as part of an automated production line and be synchronised with equipment in subsequent stages—such as a tunnel kiln, a cooling system and a packaging system.

This ensures optimal utilisation of all line components and the continuity of the production process.
