HOW THE EQUIPMENT OPERATES

The process is fully automated. The operator loads the dough into the receiving hopper, from where dosing mechanisms pick up the dough and feed it to the mould.

The carriage with the dosing containers moves to the lower mould plates. Pneumatic cylinders rotate the dispensing containers to ensure correct distribution of the dough on the surface of the moulds.

After dosing, the clamping mechanism lowers the upper moulding plate onto the lower plate. The baking process of the wafer cake begins.

The finished wafer cakes are automatically dumped into the storage tank. The machine moves on to the next cycle without operator intervention.

The operator monitors the dough level in the hopper and removes the finished product from the storage tank when necessary.
