PRETZELS

The line of extruded snacks enables the production in industrial scale of popular German flour snack pretzels with a complex shape.

OTHER LOW PRESSURE EXTRUDER SNACKS

Thanks to the interchangeable dies of extrusion heads, the forming equipment provides the production of the snacks of various shapes and sizes.

SUSHKI (BREAD RINGS)

Due to universal extrusion machine, it is possible to manufacture ring shaped rolls of various form (ring, oval) and size (from small mini-sushki to large bagel).

STICKS

The sticks are the simplest type of snacks made by low pressure extruder, it can be produced of different length and diameter.

EQUIPMENT:

DOUGH PREPARATION EQUIPMENT

It is intended for preparing and supplying dough for the production of various types of flour snacks. The process of dough preparation and its supply to the forming area is automated.

FORMING EQUIPMENT

Provides the formation of snack blanks by low pressure extruder — pretzel, sticks, sushki, grissini, bagels and other types of flour snacks.

STEAM SCALDING

The scalding and steaming chamber is made of stainless steel and has an excess steam removal system.

EQUIPMENT FOR DECORATION

Pretzel snacks are produced in two stages — steaming in a special chamber and baking in a tunnel oven. The oven is equipped with infrared heaters and has sections for direct and convective heating.

EQUIPMENT FOR BAKING

To expand product assortment, sprinkling units with loose components (salt, sesame, poppy seeds, etc.) with a spill return conveyor and glazing machines are installed.
