FOR THE PRODUCTION OF TARTLETS

Equipment for the production of tartlets — these are industrial solutions for the production of a wide range of moulded confectionery products with high precision and consistent quality.

The equipment provides a complete cycle — from dough dosing and moulding to baking and unloading of finished products, minimising the human factor and reducing the defect rate.

PRODUCTION LINE FOR TART SHELLS AND BISCUIT BASES –

The line is designed for the production of a single product type using a fixed forming tool: the geometry and appearance of the product are directly determined by the configuration of the punch and die.

Each mould is designed for a specific product — tartlets, Belgian waffles, “Oreshek” biscuits or other items — and ensures precise compliance with the specified parameters.

TARTLETS

The production line enables the manufacture of tartlets in various shapes and sizes — from classic round ones to shaped varieties. The finished products are characterised by consistent wall thickness and uniform geometry.

"ORESHEK" BISCUIT BASE

The moulding of the biscuit halves is carried out with high precision, ensuring process stability during mass production, reducing the defect rate and improving the appearance of the finished product.

BELGIAN WAFFLES

The equipment can be adapted for the production of dense, moulded waffles or similar products with a specified structure and shape.

PLANTING MACHINE

A portion of dough of the required weight is cut off using a guillotine knife.

Tracking the template to ensure precise placement in the correct holes.

The magnetic clamp securely holds the die in place.

OVEN

The tray containing the dough in the moulds is covered with a hot punch, shaping the dough.

The baking takes place on a heat-resistant conveyor belt with moulds that move step by step.

The temperature required for baking the product is maintained in the die and punch whilst the machine is in motion.

UNLOADING

Removes the finished products by gently tapping the mould as it is turned over.

A SEPARATE MACHINE FOR EACH TYPE OF PRODUCT

Each oven is built for a specific product, with all components calibrated to the dimensions and shape of that product.
A change in product requires the replacement of moulding elements and recalibration of the line, which can only be carried out at the manufacturing plant.
