SYRUP PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT PACKAGE

The system prepares, stores, meters and feeds syrup to the confectionery mixture preparation area. Gentle heating and prevention of syrup scorching are achieved through the use of oil as the heat transfer medium.

A dispensing tank for storing and feeding finished syrup evenly to the production line, with frequency-controlled flow rate regulation. Automatic maintenance of the syrup’s operating temperature within the dispensing tank and the feed piping system. Easy cleaning of the tank and the syrup feed line.

CONFECTIONERY MIXTURE PREPARATION AREA

Continuous preparation, dosing, mixing and dispensing of confectionery mixture for the production of cereal bars. A screw feeder with a feed hopper continuously supplies the required quantity of dry ingredients.

The special design of the blades ensures maximum mixing efficiency. The section of the mixer where the finished confectionery mixture is discharged is heated to ensure optimal discharge into the extruder hopper.

BAR BODY FORMING SECTION

Forming confectionery blanks of specified dimensions from a dough mixture. Heating the extruder hopper containing the dough mixture ensures that the hopper is completely emptied and that the formed sheet is uniform.

The conveyor table and the rollers used to compact the grain layer are equipped with forced cooling. The rows are spaced apart to prevent them from sticking together later. An additional profiling roller has been fitted to produce bars of various shapes.

GLAZE SECTION

The glazing machine ensures that a thin layer of chocolate glaze is applied evenly to cereal bars.

Blowing a jet of air removes excess glaze, ensures an even coating and allows the thickness to be adjusted. Heating the glaze melting vessel using a water jacket ensures gentle heating and maintains a stable temperature.

COOLING TUNNELS

The high-capacity refrigeration unit allows the desired temperature to be reached within a few minutes.

The control system automatically maintains a stable temperature. The insulation, based on sandwich panels, ensures minimal energy consumption.
